1.Introduction
This equipment is test for electrical characteristics of starting motor torque of vehicle, which could applied on starting motor production line and improve the quality of product.
2.Test range
2.1.0~20kg.m (Torque converted through the gear ratio)
stability of control 4 - 20kg.m±5.0%
2.2. 0~1000rpm(Based on the maximum speed of magnetic powder brake)
3.Brake type
3.1.Fixed-point load test controlled by magnetic powder brake (ZKB-20XN)
4.Test item
4.1.Starting motor test
4.1.1.Current and speed test of no load operation
4.1.2.Current, speed and torque test of load operation
4.1.3.Single-point test: which could test under constant torque, current or speed
4.2.Cycle time of test needs about 10 sec excludes the time of setting workpiece
